#50. All Eyes On: Kat Sasko
Nutritional therapy practitioner, climber, cold dipper, and certified cool chick.
Somewhere along my Instagram journey, I found Kat’s profile. My first impressions were, ‘damn this chick looks cool’ and also ‘yes, I relate to that too!’ and ‘I WANT TO EAT THAT’. The food presentations she puts together, and the dinner parties this girl throws are crème de la crème. I immediately loved what she was putting out into the world and felt aligned with her way of giving and sharing online. I think Kat is a super savvy and smart gal; I’ve saved screenshots of things she’s posted because I like the way she can string a sentence together. She seems to have this insatiable stoke to experience life, and deeply connect with people. I just really liked her vibe, and I think you will too!

What’s a typical work day look like?
Get up around 6:50AM, breath, move, cook a breakfast that will keep me full, run out the door late and take the subway to Times Square to listen to either a podcast or music. After work I try to either walk at least 2 miles or go to the gym - come home and cook myself something. Wind down with some TV and then red lights on in the house, leave my phone outside the bedroom and read until I fall asleep =)
